Zipwake celebrates 10 years on the market with a new interceptor. The IT400–E Round R1000 was unveiled at the IBEX 2024 exhibition. Zipwake calls it the "missing piece of the puzzle" that perfectly complements the brand's product range.

The curved bottom and blade of the new Zipwake IT400–E Round interceptor allow the unit to be mounted closer to the edge of rounded hulls, which improves efficiency and significantly speeds up pitch control.

This new rounded interceptor can be combined with all current Zipwake products, providing an ideal solution regardless of hull design. As a result, customers of the innovative brand now have a choice of over 20 different designs.

The company was founded in 2014. Its history, however, began 20 years earlier when founder Niclas Olofsson created an innovative solution for the performance issues of 30-meter monohull ferries at a shipyard in Fremantle.
